Payne & Brown Insurance Agency was founded in 1969 out of Jerry Payne's home.  After Jerry Payne's retirement, Steve Brown took over in 1992.  Steve Brown has been in the insurance industry since 1987 when he started out as an underwriter for a regional insurance carrier.
